1. Age Verification & Certification
Every person who produces, uploads, broadcasts, or appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on FansXpress was at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time the visual depiction was created.
FansXpress enforces mandatory, strict identity and age verification on all content creators prior to permitting any content publishing or monetization. This process includes verified government-issued photo identification and automated biometric/liveness checks.

3. Exemption & Platform Operator Notice
FansXpress is an online interactive service and content delivery platform. With respect to user-generated visual depictions uploaded by third-party creators, FansXpress LLC is an interactive computer service provider. All individual content creators are the primary producers of their own material and maintain records of age and identity for all depicted performers in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
FansXpress LLC maintains copies of each creator's verified government identification, legal age certification, and account records at the Custodian of Records address above.
4. Prohibited Content & Immediate Takedown
FansXpress has a zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting minors, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE/CSAM), or non-consensual content. Any such material will be immediately removed, the account permanently terminated, and the incident reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
