To submit a valid infringement notice, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or direct link on FansXpress where the material is located.
4. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent at dmca@fansxpress.com. The Counter-Notification must include your name, address, phone number, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief of mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court.
